Tervio, operated by Sikakos Innovation LTD, collects only the data needed to run the service: account details (name, email, username, password hash), optional profile information, and content you choose to publish.

What we never do by default

• Publish your phone number (only if you explicitly opt in).
• Expose exact residential addresses publicly.
• Make private-group posts visible to non-members.
• Keep tool uploads longer than the stated cleanup window.

Your rights

Consistent with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you may request access, correction or deletion of your data via your profile or the report channel. This notice is informational and has not been certified by a lawyer.

Data retention

Audit logs and moderation records are retained for platform safety. Deleted accounts are removed from active use pending final processing.
